Double win for EICT: a new Managing Director joins the team and the previous Managing Director remains with the company in a new role
Alexander Schneegans, 58, has been appointed by the shareholders as the new Managing Director of EICT GmbH as of April 1, 2024. The previous Managing Director Tanja Kessel will take on a new role in the company as Senior Director. She initiated the change in management at her own request last year.
A suitable successor has now been found in the experienced Alexander Schneegans and the change in management has been officially completed. All responsibilities will be transferred directly to the new management. Tanja Kessel will be devoting more time to content-related work at EICT in future, particularly in the area of project development and the VDA flagship initiative.
"I am looking forward to the new tasks in the EICT management and would like to continue the successful course," emphasizes Alexander Schneegans. "For me, continuity, reliability and trusting cooperation with stakeholders - the EICT team, customers and business partners - are my top priorities. I will work hard to achieve this."
Tanja Kessel adds: "With the change at the top of the company and the succession plan that has now been agreed, we are opening up the opportunity to initiate changes, develop new topics and set EICT up for long-term success. I am happy to be involved in this in my new role and will continue to be available to the entire team with my expertise."
