Automotive manufacturers present L3Pilot test cars to EU and industry decision makers

On 6-7 November, 2018, the first L3Pilot showcase was successfully performed in conjunction with the EUCAR Reception & Conference in Brussels, Belgium. L3Pilot partners presented the project as main exhibitor to the high-level audience from politics and industry.

In an exhibition, L3Pilot car manufacturers demonstrated nine test vehicles equipped with automated driving technologies. The audience had also the opportunity to join driving demonstrations of automated parking in front of the event location Autoworld. The EUCAR Conference also hosted a session on L3Pilot in which L3Pilot partners from different workgroups gave presentations of their work.

L3Pilot is the largest European automotive research project on automated driving. To demonstrate the work results to a large number of multipliers continuously, several showcases will be part of the project.
