EICT joins the National Pact for Women in MINT Careers “Go MINT!”

The EICT has become a new member of the National Pact for Women in MINT Careers - Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Technology.

At a meeting with Dr. Ulrike Struwe, head of the “Go MINT! “ office, and Prof. Dr. Susanne Ihsen, deputy managing director of the Competence Center Technology-Diversity-Equal Chances, Tanja Kessel signed the memorandum for the EICT GmbH. The national pact for women in MINT-occupations “Go MINT!” has set itself the target of enthusing girls and young women with scientific-technical university courses and occupations to exploit the potential of women in sciences. They try to convey a realistic picture of scientific and engineering occupations and point out chances for women in this field.

In this context, EICT is particularly interested in sharing experiences regarding the new and expected flexibility at the interface between work and family as well as the targeted promotion of female employees in their further careers.
